What will you be doing during your training?
We turn the outdoors into our total body conditioning 'gym'. You will be using weights, resistance bands, bodyweight exercise, swiss balls, TRX suspension training systems and more! We make your workout fun, unique and appropriately challenging for all muscles groups. We place an emphasis on developing strong and correct functional movement patterns, strong and functional core (abs and back), balance, improved posture and breathing to really increase your level of fitness and functioning. Our proprietary methods of training your body are second to none and guaranteed for maximum results. We take pride in offering expert, cutting edge fitness training with an individual focus on your needs and goals.
Where will you be meeting?
One of the best things our clients love about our training program is the variety of terrain we expose you to. Keeping in mind that you have to take yourself out of your comfort zone in order to make any progress, we help your body do this by offering training in varied locations so your body never gets used to training in the same environment (ahem.. "the gym!") All locations, whether Mill Valley or Los Gatos are ALL within the immediate town limits so you can expect quick access to and from training locations. A DETAILED CALENDAR AND DIRECTIONS LIST WIL BE PROVIDED WITH YOUR REGISTRATION!
How long is the morning training session?
Each morning we ask that you arrive at least 10-15 minutes early and begin stretching and getting ready. We start promptly and before you know it your 75 minute training session will be over!
What if I am not in great shape now and I worry about being able to do this?
THIS IS WHY WE ARE HERE!!! You are training with us because you are getting in shape. That said, you must be injury free and be in good health with physician's clearance to exercise. Having some level of fitness under your belt will be easier but we do have all levels from multisport athletes to working on being athletes! Please talk to us if you have any questions about your starting level.
If I am a multisport athlete how will this training help me?

What equipment will I need?
